- Minimum Order Value
To process your order, it must reach a minimum order value of 29.90 EUR, excluding shipping costs. Orders below this amount cannot be processed. - Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
Standard shipping: 5 EUR for orders within the EU.
Free shipping: For orders over 50 EUR, shipping is free.
We work with trusted carriers like PostNord and DHL to ensure fast and reliable deliveries. - Delivery Times and Tracking
Normal delivery time: 2–5 working days from the time we ship your order.
Delivery time may vary due to seasons, promotions, or unexpected delays from the shipping company.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days, please contact us, and we will help track your package. - Delivery Address and Service Points
We deliver to the address you provide when placing your order.
If the package cannot be delivered to the provided address, it will be sent to the nearest PostNord or DHL service point.
It is your responsibility to collect the package within the specified time.
Please note: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or addresses outside the EU. - Failed Deliveries and Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to us.
For uncollected packages, a fee of 25 EUR + VAT will be charged to cover return and handling costs.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer may need to pay the shipping cost again to resend the package. - Delays and Delivery Issues
We strive to deliver within the specified time, but sometimes delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or high demand from the shipping companies.
If your package is delayed for more than 10 working days, please contact us so we can help resolve the situation. - Damaged or Missing Items
If an item from cbdflora.com is damaged during shipping, whether the damage is visible or hidden, it must be reported immediately to the carrier, no later than 5 days after delivery. - Order Confirmation and Customer Service

At cbdFlora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer both open purchase and right of withdrawal in accordance with the rules that apply within the EU. Read below to understand how you can return an item and receive a refund.

- Open Purchase
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 10 days after receiving your order.
The product must be in its unopened packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Open purchase applies only to unopened and unused products. - Right of Withdrawal According to EU Law
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving your order.
The product must be in the same condition as at delivery, and the original packaging must not be broken or damaged.

Please note that for health reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used CBD products.
Unopened and unused products:
✅ We accept returns of CBD oils, CBD capsules, CBD gummies, and CBD products for pets if the product is unopened and in the same condition as at delivery.
Opened and used products:
❌ We cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to regulations for food and health products.
- How to Return an Item
Contact us first – Send an email to cbdflora@hotmail.com with:
Follow return instructions – We will respond with details on how to return the item.
Send the item to us – The customer is responsible for the return cost.
We process your return – Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you within 14 days. - Refund
If the return is approved, we will refund the amount of the product within 14 days.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used during purchase.
Please note that it may take a few working days before the refund appears in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. - Claims & Damaged Goods
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at cbdflora@hotmail.com and include pictures of the product and its packaging. We will assist you in obtaining a replacement product or a refund.
