Return Policy
Our policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition, well-packaged, and in its original packaging. The item must be sent back to us as soon as possible, and it is your responsibility to ensure the return reaches us within 14 days from the date you informed us of your right to cancel. The item should be well-packaged, in new condition, and in its original box.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain health and hygiene items, particularly CBD products, are not eligible for return unless the packaging is unopened and the product is completely unused. Once these products have been opened, they cannot be returned. For example, CBD oils, gummies, or topicals must remain sealed and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Products that have been opened cannot be exchanged for a different item or size.
Bulk Discount
When using our bulk discount, the discount will no longer apply if one or more products are returned. This will be adjusted before we process your refund.
Example: If you buy five items and get a 20% discount, but return two items, the 20% discount no longer applies to the purchase, and the refund will be adjusted automatically before being issued.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Non-Accepted Returns
If an item is returned to us damaged, used, or in an unsuitable condition, or if the above instructions have not been followed, we will not be able to offer a refund, and we may need to send it back to you (you will be responsible for the shipping costs). Alternatively, we may reduce your refund to reflect the decrease in the item's value at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via email: cbdflora@hotmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at cbdflora@hotmail.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are sending a return to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping option. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, including during transit. Products sent COD or with a collection fee will not be accepted by CBDflora. To ensure assistance with a return, we recommend saving the receipt and tracking number in case your package is lost, as we cannot assist you with a refund without this information.
Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed items are returned to us. For all packages not claimed, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative fees, and handling fees, currently 29.99 EUR. If the cost of the product does not exceed 29.99 EUR, we reserve the right to retain the full purchase amount.
