Ordering

Orders of products are made via the cbdflora.com webshop. When your order is completed, your purchase is confirmed with an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. The order confirmation is automatically generated by the cbdflora.com database without manual review. In the event of any inaccuracies, such as price or delivery time, cbdflora.com reserves the right to correct this afterward. Shipping Costs

Shopping at cbdflora.com should be cheap and easy. Therefore, we have simplified our shipping prices with free shipping on almost all products. If there are additional shipping costs, the customer will be notified in our automatic checkout system.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered either to your local collection point or to your door. The delivery method is determined by the weight and size of the items. Your order is shipped directly from our warehouse or from our suppliers and sent with the respective supplier's shipping agreement. This may involve Posten, Schenker, DHL, or the supplier's own transportation or shipping company.

All packages sent as parcels are collected at your local collection point or agent. If larger items are sent directly to the address, they will be delivered to the ground floor, and you must be present to receive the goods. Most of our items are ordered through external suppliers who deliver directly to our customers. The delivery times on our website are updated automatically through our supplier system. All delivery times on our website are estimated delivery times.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for products that have been discontinued. cbdflora.com does not provide financial compensation for delayed deliveries, incorrect deliveries, or defective goods but replaces incorrect or wrongly delivered items with the correct item. If an order is delivered in several parts, e.g., because it is delivered from several different suppliers, the recipient will not pay an additional shipping fee.

Please note that your order may be split and shipped from different suppliers. If the items in your order have different delivery times, your order will be shipped when all items are in stock with the respective supplier. You will receive an email describing how your order may have been split. The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase without additional cost in case of a delay. Note! This does not apply to products that are not in stock and are produced after the customer's order. In such cases, the delay must be significant.

Important information regarding deliveries to hard-to-reach places (e.g., islands without proper roads where it may be difficult for a carrier to reach): If you live on an island where it may be difficult for our carrier to reach, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the item can be delivered directly to you. If there is no bridge connection, this means that the item will be left at a collection point on the mainland or at the ferry terminal. This also applies when goods are to be returned to us, including complaints. It is important to note that we do not deliver to Åland.

cbdflora.com recommends that when you receive your item, you check it immediately to ensure that there are no damages to the product and verify that it is the correct product in the delivery. Before booking a time with your craftsman, we recommend that you have the item on hand and have checked that it is the product you ordered.

If you choose not to receive or pick up your order and it is returned to us, you will be charged 29,99 EUR.

Receiving Delivery

Transport Damage

All damage that may occur during transport to your home is the responsibility of the transport company, although cbdflora.com may replace transport damage in rare cases that we determine. If, upon receipt, you unexpectedly discover that the shipment is transport-damaged, it is important that you immediately report this to the carrier/service point by noting the damage on the shipping note before the delivery is signed for. Alternatively, you can refuse to receive the delivery. Then report the damage directly to our customer service so that we can best assist you with the complaint. The same applies to any hidden damages discovered on the shipment. We ask that you make this report to us within 2 working days from receipt of the delivery. Therefore, it is very important that you unpack and examine the item thoroughly upon receipt, even if it is to be installed/assembled at a later time.

If damage has occurred, you must not under any circumstances use the product, and you should immediately contact our customer service. It is also important that you save the packaging so that the damage can be inspected during the handling of the damage case. Depending on the extent of the damage, the product is either replaced, or a repairer is sent to your home to fix the problem.

If there are visible damages on the package, you MUST ensure that it is documented on the shipping note you sign. Take pictures of the packaging before you open the package; this can facilitate handling of a potential complaint. Then contact our customer service or create a complaint on our website so that we can handle the matter and send a new item. Remember to include pictures of the packaging and the item(s).

Incorrect Delivery

Complaints / Warranty

If you are making a complaint about a broken item, you need to upload pictures in the complaint case of the damaged product.

In cases covered by the complaint right, cbdflora.com applies one of the following: exchange of the item, dispatch of a spare part, or a repairer for inspection of the product. In cases where a service technician is sent out in a complaint case and no faults can be detected, or if the fault is self-inflicted, e.g., due to incorrect installation or handling error, the customer is charged for any costs that may arise as well as the service technician's charging hours.

When businesses purchase, the Buyer’s Act applies with a 15% return fee plus return shipping costs.

Personal details (name, address, email, phone number, and personal ID) are collected for order fulfillment. Customer data is stored for 5 years and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law. Customers can request access to their data by sending a signed request.
