This shipping policy outlines the terms for shipping and the minimum order value for orders placed on cbdFlora.com. The terms apply in addition to our terms of use and return policy listed below.

  1. Minimum Order Value
    To process your order, it must reach a minimum order value of 29.90 EUR, excluding shipping costs. Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
  2. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
    Standard shipping: 4.99 and 6.99 EUR for orders within the EU.
    Free shipping: For orders over 70 EUR, shipping is free.
    We work with trusted carriers like UPS, PostNord and DHL to ensure fast and reliable deliveries.
  3. Delivery Times and Tracking
    Normal delivery time: 1–5 working days from the time we ship your order.
    Delivery time may vary due to seasons, promotions, or unexpected delays from the shipping company.
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package.
    If you haven’t received your order within 8 working days, please contact us, and we will help track your package.
  4. Delivery Address and Service Points
    We deliver to the address you provide when placing your order.
    If the package cannot be delivered to the provided address, it will be sent to the nearest UPS, PostNord or DHL service point.
    It is your responsibility to collect the package within the specified time.
    Please note: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or addresses outside the EU.
  5. Failed Deliveries and Uncollected Packages
    If a package is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to us.
    For uncollected packages, a fee of 20 EUR + VAT will be charged to cover return and handling costs.
    If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer may need to pay the shipping cost again to resend the package.
  6. Delays and Delivery Issues
    We strive to deliver within the specified time, but sometimes delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or high demand from the shipping companies.
    If your package is delayed for more than 10 working days, please contact us so we can help resolve the situation.
  7. Damaged or Missing Items
    If an item from cbdflora.com is damaged during shipping, whether the damage is visible or hidden, it must be reported immediately to the carrier, no later than 5 days after delivery.
  8. Order Confirmation and Customer Service
    Once your order has been registered, we will send you an order confirmation by email.
    Please verify that all information is correct. If you find any mistakes, contact us as soon as possible.
    We recommend saving your order confirmation and tracking number for future reference.
